Most of these recipes were found via Pintrest. I can't help it. I'm addicted. I've tried to be sure to post the web address of each recipe to give credit where credit is due.

I have made each one of these dishes at least once. If it makes the blog, that means our family liked the dish, and someday I'll make it again.

Cher’s Pumpkin Bread

I don’t know where my sister-in-law got this recipe, but it is so good.  In fact, I could eat all 5 mini-loaves.

5 eggs

1- 1/4 c. vegetable oil

1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin filling

2 c. flour

2 c. sugar

2 pkgs. vanilla pudding (6 oz. size)

1 t. soda

1 t. cinnamon

1/2 t. salt

mix ingredients together, and pour into 5  (greased) mini loaf bread pans (5 x 2 1/2 x 2 1/2).  Bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
